When diners scan an ART table QR code to view a restaurant menu, no account creation, app installation, or personal login is required. We do not track diner names, phone numbers, or private personal credentials when browsing 3D food items.

3. Data Collected via WhatsApp & Contact Forms

When restaurant operators voluntarily request a demo or an account via our WhatsApp form or contact channels, we may collect:

• Representative Name
• Mobile Phone Number
• Restaurant or Hotel Name
• City and Location
• Specific area of interest (3D Demo, Pricing, Account Setup)

This data is used strictly to fulfill your request for product demonstrations, quotation, and account setup.

4. Consent and Communication

By checking the explicit consent box on our contact forms, you agree to be contacted by our onboarding team via WhatsApp or telephone. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party marketing brokers.
