1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or subscribing to ART (“Augmented Reality Table Menu”) via armenu.art, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. ART is powered and provided by The Guardian Group LLC.
2. Subscriptions & Free First Month
ART provides software subscriptions billed monthly or annually. When joining, qualifying restaurants receive 1 month 100% free. Assisted menu setup is included only with the Ultimate plan. Subscriptions may be cancelled or modified at any time from your ART owner console or by contacting us.
3. 0% Sales Commission
ART charges a flat platform subscription. We do not assess, withhold, or demand any percentage commission on restaurant dining sales, table bills, or orders placed by your patrons.
4. 3D Scans & Intellectual Property
Restaurant owners retain all intellectual property and copyright ownership over their uploaded recipe names, dish imagery, restaurant trademarks, and captured 3D photogrammetry scans. ART retains ownership of its proprietary cloud conversion software, algorithms, and player engines.
